Virtual Showings

Jen Barczykowski will walk us through the steps on how to prepare and execute a virtual/video showing and how you can utilize video as a tool for not only your clients, but for yourself. You'll learn how virtual showings differ from in-person showings and how it's critical to understand the difference. She will go over her best practices and how you can use video to educate your clients in a variety of ways.

Mandatory Offer Submission with Sandy Miles 

All agents (new & transfer) joining the TAREG team MUST PARTICIPATE in this mandatory training exercise. You’ll be given an actual property to submit an offer on, along with a fictional buyer & offer scenario. You’re required to pull all the documents you believe are needed to go along with your offer and fill them out.

 

The purpose of this exercise is to help you understand how to write an offer, which documents are required, and how to send those documents out for signature. You’ll work with your mentor to help walk you through the process.  

Upon submission of the offer, Sandy Miles will review your offer and work with you to make any improvements and/or changes. 

 

This is an important training exercise to show your knowledge before working with an actual client. This is not an actual offer. This is a training exercise to show you how the process works.
