with the Media Team
The media team will take your headshots so we can order your business cards and set up your email signatures. These headshot sessions happen every month (except July and December), and you can see upcoming headshot dates on the team calendar here!
Mentor & Squad Leader Introduction/Gulch Office Orientation
The Mentor and Squad programs we have created are integral to our new agents' success. The mentor program will help guide you through our systems and structure and assist you when writing your first contracts. This support has proven invaluable in taking the fear out of the contract process.
Our Squad program follows up after your mentorship program has concluded. We developed this program as a sort of continuation of the Mentor program, where you will be assigned to a squad with between 10 and 12 other agents and a Squad Leader.
The Squad Program's goal was to INSPIRE agent growth and foster a sense of community within the broader team structure. Our current list of squad leaders can be found here.
Scripting Session 1/4: Intro to Scripting

Perhaps the most important reason to have a sales script is that it allows you to duplicate the success of the best sales people. Naturally some people will have more sales skills than others but using a script that everyone can learn allows you to take advantage of the best ideas and make more sales.
TAREG Owner/Partner Jonny Lee has been leading our scripting classes for years and brings extensive knowledge and understanding of how to drive a conversation where you want it to go.
