Team Leads Onboarding Agenda

⚠️ Pre-Onboarding Requirements — Must Be Completed First

Before scheduling your onboarding, you must:

  • Have at least 20 pond leads

  • Be actively working them by following all steps found in the Pond Lead Protocol

  • Have completed 10 AI Shilo Roleplay Calls
