  •  Focus on making the client the Hero

 

  •   Follow up with Past Clients repeatedly and consistently

 

  •  Keep your clients in the loop with advances and improvements to your systems

 

  •  Let your clients know how THEY can make the most of YOUR service

 

  •  Do the unexpected again and again.  ADDED VALUE IS KEY!!
